AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and GDV Diesel Systems (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://gdvdieselsystems.com/ website as well as any other media form, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

  2. PRODUCTS AND SALES We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

  3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT We accept various forms of payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us (specifically for California residents).

  4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Free delivery is offered within a 10-mile radius of our locations for orders over $250. For all other orders, shipping charges and delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  5. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
  • Returns: You may return most items within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
  • Exceptions: No returns or refunds are accepted for electrical parts or sensors.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
  1. WARRANTY GDV Diesel Systems follows the original manufacturer’s warranty process. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the part manufacturers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost data arising from your use of the site or products purchased.

  3. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
